Standard Wedding Package
$6,000 (200 guest max)

  • Air conditioned restrooms and multi-purpose room

  • Indoor market lighting

  • Outdoor market lighting

  • 8ft chandelier

  • 60” round tables and white resin chairs

  • Cocktail patio with heaters for chilly nights

  • Ceremony site of choice (oak trees or barn doors)

  • Access to our decor collection

  • Private parking

  • Built in bar with drink cooler — dual access for cocktail hour and reception

  • 2 day rental (Friday 10am-8pm Saturday 8am-midnight)

  • Complimentary vendor recommendations list upon booking

  • Engagement photo session on property (photographer not included)
